Made from only organic, locally sourced ingredients, all bread items are made with a sourdough starter, ensuring the best quality bread for all guests, even those with gluten sensitivities! Each month features a specialty bagel and schmear, giving you the chance to try something new each month. You will also find things like fresh-made chicken salad (Spicy, Sonoma and Classic), egg salad, tuna salad, berry salad, potato salad, and broccoli Waldorf salad from their chef’s case! How do I order? You can visit the Fort Wayne Farmer’s Market outdoors during the summer and inside during cooler months-or you can order online for pick-up or delivery.
Are the bagels and breads gluten-free? No. However because they are hand made with a sourdough starter, they are much easier to digest making them a great choice for people with gluten sensitivities.
Does Shop Two-Sixty have a storefront? Not yet, but there are plans in the works for 2022 so stay tuned!
