One Line Coffee can tie its coffee-sales roots back to 2003, but the real roasting began in 2009 after owner’s Mark and Dave (father and son, friends and partners) began asking the question, “how can we find better coffee?”. One Line Coffee values community, not just locally, but globally. Their goal is to strive for transparency of their sourcing, they do this by traveling to the origin of their coffees as much as possible to monitor farms and workers and learn the stories of the people who grow their coffee. Each of One Line’s Columbus locations are filled with a wide variety of roasts and blends as well as pastries.
