Brought to you in Fort Wayne by a family whose story began in Spain, Bravas brings us the taste of one of Spain’s most popular dishes: Patatas Bravas. What started as a hot dog cart and a passion to bring the flavors of Spain to Fort Wayne eventually became a food truck in 2012 and is now one of Fort Wayne’s favorite food spots.
